Why was the RMB remittance from Hong Kong returned by BOC?
The RMB remitted back to China from Hongkong is returned by China Bank:

1. If the payee and the remitter are not the same customer or joint account holder.

2. If the amount of RMB remitted from Hong Kong by the same remitter on the same day exceeds 80,000 yuan, the mainland bank shall return the corresponding amount of RMB to the remittance bank in Hong Kong, and shall not make an understanding payment for the payee.
