1. It may be that the customs at the place of export has not issued a foreign exchange receipt verification form, or that it has been issued but the data has not been sent to the foreign exchange bureau. It can be found on the verification website within 7- 15 days after the General Administration of Customs issues the verification form.

2. If it has not been found for more than 15 days, please refer to the customs broker and ask the customs to resend the verification form information to the foreign exchange bureau.

However, please note that the customs needs to cancel the sent information before sending it again. This means that you have to wait another 7- 15 days before you can cancel. If you are not in a hurry to apply for tax refund, please check it on the verification website in a few days.
