Please follow these steps to solve the login problem:
Change the Connect field to Real to connect to the real account.
Delete the user name and password in each column.
Check your records to make sure the login name and password are correct, and then manually re-enter the user name and password.
Do not copy and paste the user name and password to avoid unnecessary characters.
If you still can't log in after completing the above steps, the simplest solution is to reset your password online.
You can click "Forgot Login Name/Password" in MyFXCM. If you forget your password, click "Password Prompt", then enter your trading account number on the "Login Name" page, click "Submit" button, enter your account registration email address in "Email", and finally click "Query Password" button, and the system will automatically send you an email to reset your password.
If you can't reset the password online or need to reset the platform password, you can contact us for online consultation or call customer service.
The simulated account will automatically expire after 30 days. Simulated trading is a practical tool. You are welcome to register a mock account at will. If you receive the error message "Incorrect User Name or Password" and your login information of your simulated account is correct, then your simulated account has probably expired. To continue the simulated transaction, please register a new simulated account.
