The application for opening an NRA foreign exchange account shall be handled directly by the legal representative of the overseas institution (the person in charge of the account or the authorized signatory) or authorized by the legal representative (the person in charge of the account or the authorized signatory). The bank shall identify the authorized agency relationship, conduct due diligence on the authorized business personnel, and record the identity information in the system.
