1. One original and one copy of the foreign exchange registration certificate (if the original bank wants to register, the copy shall be kept), which shall be owned by the foreign-capital enterprise.

Domestic foreign trade companies or factories need to apply for foreign trade business registration certificate.

2. Application for opening an account (with official seal and seal)

3. Three copies of the seal card

4. Copy of business license

5. Copy of organization code certificate

6. Copy of approval certificate

7. Copy of tax registration certificate

8. Copy of account opening permit

2 and 3 Go to the bank where you want to open an account to get information.

The information required by each bank is also slightly different. Just bring these materials and official seals. Some banks can settle foreign exchange online or open it at the same time, but they must ask the fees first.
