In any of the following circumstances, the foreign exchange bureau will directly include it in the list of concerns:

(1) Individuals who have split the settlement and sale of foreign exchange as verified by the foreign exchange bureau;

(2) Individuals who have been punished by foreign exchange administration organs or public security organs for violating foreign exchange administration regulations;

(3) Other individuals that need to be included as determined by the foreign exchange bureau.
