Operating steps:

By clicking an item in the slicer, you can quickly filter out all the rows of the item.
If you want to select multiple items, just press Ctrl or shift.

Click Find and Select (telescope icon) in the Start tab, click Positioning Criteria, and then click OK to delete the currently filtered data without affecting other cells.
