The 9th Internet + College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition is from October 2022 to October 2023.

The competition consists of six segments: project excavation, entry registration, project polishing, final round of the school competition, preparation for the provincial competition, and sprint for the national competition.

(I) Project excavation (October 2022 to February 2023)

The second-level colleges organize teachers and students to study the spirit and requirements of the competition documents, discover entrepreneurial projects with potential to participate, and set up instructor teams and student teams.

(2) Entry registration (February to March 2023).

The participating teams will submit the Business Plan (Attachment 3) to the colleges for summarization, and the colleges will fill in the Project Summary Table (Attachment 4), and send the electronic version of the Business Plan and the Project Summary Table uniformly to 574543416@qq.com by March 31, 2023.

(III) Project Polishing (April 2023)

According to the entry registration, experts will be invited to conduct online evaluation and set up 80 on-campus cultivation projects. According to the requirements of the competition, the shortlisted incubation projects will be accurately and intensively cultivated, and experts and entrepreneurial mentors from inside and outside the university will be invited to the university to carry out online and offline guidance and polishing.

(4) Final round of the school competition (May 2023)

The projects will have on-site roadshows and the awards for the school competition will be selected.

(V) Preparation for Provincial Competition (June to July 2023)

According to the quotas for each track given by the Provincial Department of Education, the school recommends the corresponding projects in order to participate in the provincial competition. Organize intensive training and one-on-one online and offline guidance and polishing for the projects participating in the provincial competition.

(VI) National Competition Sprint (August to October 2023)

In accordance with the progress requirements of the National Competition, the school organizes participating teams and observation teams to participate in the National Competition.
