Operating volume refers to the number of cargoes that complete a complete operation process during the reporting period in loading and unloading operations. A complete operation process means: ship ship, ship barge, ship depot, car barge car barge, pipeline ship; car depot. Operation volume can measure the port workers workload is too small. Higher volumes mean higher port costs for the same number of natural tons loaded and unloaded. Operation volume in a way can also reflect the port production organization is scientific.
Loading and unloading natural tons refers to the number of natural tons of cargo loaded and unloaded into and out of the port area during the reporting period.
