There is no absolute boundary between industry nature, enterprise name and business scope, and it can be a comprehensive business format of cross-industry or multi-agent.

If I am not mistaken, you should want to process and produce food and vegetables for sale outside the normal catering, but such production and processing requires other pre-licenses (such as production licenses) to be written into the business license.

So, it's not that you can't add those items, but that you can't add them without a license. It's different.
