Below is a simple analysis of my exercise, step count, and weight data over the last 3 months.

As far as my average weight over the past 3 months is concerned, I am slowly moving towards a slimmer future ~~~~~

However why am I losing weight, and how can I keep it that way and actually become a slimmer beauty queen? (Infinite blind thoughts~~~)

First of all, here's the number of steps I've taken each day and whether or not I've reached my goal number of steps. Obviously I was on target for more than half of this month. Of course, this doesn't explain the weight loss, it just shows that I'm a kid who loves to walk~~~

And this chart, however, speaks volumes about how my weight loss and adherence to daily exercise are inextricably linked...

Through the above two charts, we can see that some days, my exercise as well as the number of steps taken are pitifully low. Why is this?

Taking the previous ones by week and doing the time processing, it is clearer to see that on Saturdays and Sundays my exercise is almost non-existent.

From this simple analysis, I found that consistent exercise would lead to a gradual loss of weight, and that my exercise time was mainly Monday through Friday, with a duration of 20-40 minutes.

Thinking about the future, wouldn't it be even more effective to increase the amount of time I spend exercising and to use my weekends wisely? Maybe the waistline is already beckoning to me~~~
