Vision 0.1 for low vision level 1, can be assessed as ten levels of disability. Disability identification standards are as follows:

First-degree disability

(a), craniocerebral, spinal cord and peripheral nerve injuries to:

(7), limb injury to:

(7), limb injury resulting in:

1, loss of two limbs (upper limb above the elbow joint, lower limb above the knee joint);

(viii) Skin injury resulting in scar formation of 68% or more of the body surface area.

Third-degree disability

(I), craniocerebral, spinal cord and peripheral nerve injuries resulting in:

(vii), perineal injury resulting in complete absence or severe deformity of the penile body.

(viii), vulvar and vaginal injury resulting in vaginal atresia.

(ix), limb injury resulting in complete absence or loss of function of both hands.

(x), skin injury resulting in scar formation of 52% or more of the body surface area.

Fifth-degree disability

(I), craniocerebral, spinal cord and peripheral nerve injuries resulting in:

1. Moderate intellectual deficit or mental disorder, with obvious limitation of daily life ability and need for guidance;

2. Traumatic epilepsy, which cannot be fully controlled by medication, with grand mal seizures occurring more than once every three months on average, or with restricted seizures occurring more than twice a month on average, or with petit mal seizures occurring more than four times a week on average, or with psychomotor seizures occurring more than four times a week on average. (j) Skin injury resulting in scar formation of 36% or more of the body surface area.

Seventh-degree disability

(I), craniocerebral, spinal cord and peripheral nerve injuries resulting in:

1. Mild intellectual disability (IQ of 70 or less) or mental disorder, with severe limitation of activities related to daily life;

2.
