1. Find the Computer icon on the desktop and right-click on it, select the Properties option at the end.

2. In the opened Computer Properties window, click Advanced System Settings in the left menu, then switch the interface to the Advanced column in the opened System Properties window and click the Settings button under Performance.

3. After that, the interface will appear as shown in the figure below, in the visual effects of this column, select Customize, and then in the list to find the "display thumbnails, rather than displaying icons" and check the box, and finally click OK to save the settings.
