Error one, the computer user name is Chinese and the Windows character library is abnormal;

Error two, the path of the system temporary files contain Chinese characters;

Error three, Windows Installer component failure;

Methods:

1. left mouse button Click the "Start" button, select "Control Panel", to be popped up "Control Panel" interface, select "User Accounts "

2. Left mouse button click "Change Account Name", in the input field, enter the English character name, click "Change Name" button;

3. After the successful change restart the computer, install again. After the change, restart the computer and install it again.
