A region can achieve stars when there are no new confirmed cases for 14 consecutive days.
As long as there are no medium- and high-risk areas where you are, the asterisks on your itinerary will be removed, or 14 days after you leave the medium- and high-risk areas, the asterisks on your itinerary will be removed. The asterisk in the itinerary card only means that there are medium- and high-risk areas in the cities you have visited in the past 14 days, but it does not mean that you have actually visited medium- and high-risk areas.
There are two ways to disappear the itinerary card star
(1) It will disappear on its own after 14 days. This time limit is based on the user's own time as the unit of measurement and has nothing to do with the risk area. If the itinerary card star still exists after 14 days, you can call the relevant communication service provider of the communication itinerary card to adjust it.
(2) After the risk level of the risk area is adjusted to low risk, the asterisk will disappear on its own.
