Under the trend of re-employment of the elderly, China Elderly Talent Network went online in August last year, marking the launch of the construction of China's elderly talent information service platform.

The Nandu Big Data Research Institute combed through all 80 job postings on the site and found that the most frequently recruited positions were online part-time teachers, 12 of which came from a Beijing-based company's school society, with positions in 12 disciplines, including calisthenics, calligraphy, photography, dance, painting, and musical instruments. There are also more consultant positions for older people, accounting for 8.8% of the total, such as industry consultants, career consultants, sales consultants, course consultants, lawyer consultants, and pension consultants. The salary levels of different consultant positions vary greatly, for example, agricultural and water conservancy consultants are paid 2,000 to 5,000 yuan per month, while lawyers' consultants are paid 80,000 to 100,000 yuan per month. The salary conditions for re-employment of various professional elderly talents are higher, with tens of thousands of yuan, or even tens of thousands of yuan, paid to doctors, nurses, professional caregivers, managers, journal editors, teachers and other positions, while the salary of a booster social worker is only 500-2,300 yuan.

In addition, nearly half of the job openings have no requirements for work experience, but 20% of the positions require more than 10 years of work experience.

The Nandu Big Data Research Institute found that all 80 job openings on the China Elderly Talent Network came from 35 employers in 13 cities, with 15 employers in Beijing offering 39 job openings, accounting for nearly half of all positions. In second place was Guangzhou, with four units offering 15 jobs. In addition, recruiters from Shenyang and Ningbo offered seven and five jobs, respectively, and ranked third and fourth. The rest of the Xianning, Wuxi, Shanghai, Tianjin, Hangzhou and other cities have only sporadic one or two jobs.
