11315 National Enterprise Credit Collection System is a third-party public credit collection platform, which is the first new model of big data credit collection in China. Founded in 2002, it was registered with the State Administration for Industry and Commerce and the Telecommunications Department in accordance with the law, and in 2004, it was registered as a credit collection company with the Beijing Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce in accordance with the law, so that the credit collection business such as "collection and evaluation of enterprise credit" was clearly included in the scope of business of the legal person's license, and it was granted the legal qualification of credit collection agency. On March 15, 2013, in order to celebrate the implementation of the State Council's "Regulations on the Administration of the Credit Collection Industry" and the official launch of the 11315 National Enterprise Credit Collection System, a conference was held in Beijing.
