The school has a complete range of medical and related disciplines, and has formed a complete education and training system for bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees. It has 43 undergraduate majors including clinical medicine ("5+3" integration).

Pharmacy, public **** health and preventive medicine, clinical medicine, biology, basic medicine and other five disciplines were approved by the peak disciplines of higher education institutions in Anhui Province. Anhui Medical University has 15,163 active teaching and medical staff (including directly affiliated hospitals), including 395 senior and 1,052 vice senior. There are 1,400 faculty members in the main campus, 778 full-time teachers, and 94.37% of the full-time faculty members have doctoral and master's degrees, of which 144 have full senior titles and 426 have associate senior titles.
