(3) The rotorcraft flies under external load;

(4) training flight;

(5) Aerial sightseeing flight

2. Commercial transport operator (135): refers to the aviation operator who uses the civil aircraft specified in Article 135.3 of these Rules to engage in the flight types and business activities specified in Article 135.3 of these Rules.
