(1) Pre-preparationDefine the scope of the fire risk assessment, collect the various information required, focusing on the collection of a variety of information and data related to the actual operating conditions. The assessment organization conducts the fire risk assessment based on the information provided by the operating units and in accordance with the determined scope.
The main information required is collected from the following aspects:
①functions of the assessment object;
②combustible materials;
③surrounding environmental conditions;
④drawings of fire protection design;
⑤data related to fire protection equipments;
⑥fire emergency rescue plan;
⑦fire protection safety rules and regulations;
8 relevant electrical testing and fire facilities and equipment testing reports.
(2) The identification of fire hazards should be based on the characteristics of the assessment object, using scientific and reasonable assessment methods, fire hazard identification and risk analysis.
(3) Qualitative and quantitative assessment is based on the characteristics of the assessment object to determine the mode of fire assessment and the assessment method used. In the operational phase of the system life cycle, should be used as far as possible quantitative safety assessment methods, or a combination of qualitative and quantitative comprehensive assessment model for analysis and assessment.
(4) Assessment of the current state of fire management assessment of the level of fire safety management mainly consists of the following three aspects:
① Assessment of the fire management system.
②Fire emergency rescue plan assessment.
③Fire drill program assessment.
(5) Determination of countermeasures, measures and recommendations.
(6) Determine the conclusion of the assessment.
(7) Preparation of fire risk assessment report.
