Hengyang Teaching Qualification Examination Epidemiological Requirements:

1. Candidates themselves are required to carry out self-monitoring of body temperature within 14 days prior to the examination (October 15 - October 28), download, print and truthfully fill in the "Candidates' Health Card for the Second Half of the Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination in the Second Half of the Year 2022 (Written Examination) and the Commitment to the Safety of the Examination" and sign it.

2. All candidates must provide proof of 2 negative nucleic acid tests within 3 days before the examination. Candidates from other provinces (before returning to Hunan, they should report in the "Hunan Resident Health Card Reporting App") or candidates from other cities in the province should enter the city with a 48-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate.

After entering the city, two tests will be carried out in three days, i.e., after arriving in the city, one test will be carried out at three stations, one traffic health service card point or community in time, and the second nucleic acid test will be carried out on the third day of entering the city.

Before the negative result of the 2nd nucleic acid test comes out, it is not necessary to participate in congregate activities, do not enter the crowded public **** place, avoid taking public **** transportation.

Two, reference requirements

1. On the day of the examination, it is necessary to check the Hunan provincial residents' health code (place code), the status information of the communication big data trip card, as well as the proof of the 2 negative nucleic acid tests within 3 days (you can also take a screenshot or color printout of the paper to facilitate the check), and measure the body temperature.

Candidates must meet the health code of green code, no abnormalities in the trip card, negative nucleic acid test results, and no fever, cough, fatigue, sore throat, diarrhea and other related symptoms to enter the test site.

2. Candidates should arrive at the test center at least one hour in advance but cannot enter the test room in advance, and when entering the test center, they should follow the instructions of the staff on the spot, keep a safe distance, and undergo the health check.

3. Candidates are required to give a completed copy of the "2022 Second Half of the Elementary and Secondary Teacher Qualification Examination (Written Examination) Candidates' Health Card and Examination Security Commitment" to the invigilator when they enter the examination room for each unit of the examination.

4. Candidates are required to prepare enough masks (disposable medical masks or medical surgical masks) and other protective materials in advance. Candidates should wear the mask throughout the journey to the test center until the end of the test to leave the test center.

The invigilator will identify the candidates, and has the right to ask the candidates to remove the masks for identification if the masks affect the comparison of their appearance. Candidates are advised to disinfect their hands or wash their hands promptly after entering the examination center.
