What is the inspection report in administrative cases?
The administrative case inspection report is a record made by the administrative organ in the form of transcripts, photos, drawings, etc. Written records, pictures and drawings are required to verify each other, and * * *, as an objective record of the field situation, plays the role of preserving and fixing evidence and provides materials for identification. Does not include on-site personnel inquiries. On-site inspection record refers to the record made by administrative law enforcement personnel on the facts of illegal acts or on-the-spot punishment in the process of implementing administrative punishment. It is a dynamic fact, which records the on-site situation that is happening or just happened. If it is not made in time, it may be difficult to obtain evidence afterwards. The on-site record may include the inquiry of the relevant personnel on the spot, and the inquiry record may be made separately. Both of them belong to the form of evidence stipulated in Article 46 of the new Administrative Punishment Law. In the process of handling a case, the subject of law enforcement can make on-site inspection records and on-site inspection records according to the actual needs of handling a case, but not limited to making both in the same case.
