5. High-speed transmission: The theoretical maximum transmission speed of GPRS is 171.2Kbps (bits per second, the specific speed depends on the capabilities of the terminal). Currently, GPRS can support a transmission rate of about 40Kbps, which is higher than that of the second generation. GSM and IS-95 (narrowband) CDMA are much faster.

(2) GPRS tariff description

(1) Monthly charges to customers The traffic is accumulated, and the accumulated result is used as billable traffic. The billing traffic unit is KB (kilobyte), less than 1KB is calculated as 1KB (1KB=1024 bytes, 1MB=1024KB)

(2) Normal period 7:00-23:00, preferential period : 23:00-7:00 the next day. The charged traffic during normal periods is the actual traffic, and the charged traffic during the preferential period is 50% of the actual traffic (the decimal part is rounded off).

(3) The GPRS package fee is charged monthly, amortized on a daily basis, and included in the data communication fee. New applicants for the GPRS function (including new Internet users and customers who apply for the GPRS function) will be subject to the tariff standard of the selected package from the date of application. If the user is online for less than half a month in the month (after the 16th, including applications on the 16th) , the monthly usage fee and free traffic are charged at 50%.

(4) Activating and canceling the GPRS function will take effect immediately.

New customers who apply for a GPRS package will take effect immediately; changes to the package will take effect the following month. If the customer cancels the package, it will take effect in the next month.
