Zhuolu county belongs to Zhangjiakou city in Hebei province, located in the upper reaches of the Yongding river in northwestern Hebei province and northwestern Beijing. It is situated between 39°40′-40°39′ north latitude and 114°55′-115°31′ east longitude, in the western part of Zhuo Lu-Huailai basin. North and Zhangjiakou city Xiahuayuan district junction, northwest across the yellow sheep mountain and Xuanhua county, southwest and Weixian county adjacent;
