It is a demonstration project to help local governments reshape electric bicycles and enjoy the bicycle industry with data assistance and technology.

With the sustained and rapid development of transportation and electric bicycle travel market, people rely on all their operating vehicles to meet the new national standards, and have successfully obtained the national 3C certification. These vehicles are equipped with Beidou -3 and GPS dual positioning systems. Through the use of "electronic fence" technology, the riding area is delineated, the parking stop is designated, the no-go area is restricted, and the vehicle dynamics are controlled in real time, thus regulating the slow traffic participation behavior.
