After experiencing the era of big data, enterprises use data for development and prosperity. After many twists and turns, the law education in colleges and universities in China has ushered in new opportunities, and students can obtain more legal education resources and realize their own personalized learning. Teachers can improve teaching efficiency and level to get more pay; Universities can balance the unequal educational resources to help promote the national teaching plan. But it is also facing new challenges. Law students learn how to choose courses in the world knowledge base and how to realize their own free development. Teachers will "compete" with big data. Universities need to establish new teaching objectives. Facing the competition between different universities outside Taiwan Province and China, this paper will propose solutions.
