5, Certificate of Approval (original and copy);

6, Organization Code Certificate (original and copy);

7, Approval document of the competent commercial department approving the establishment of the enterprise (original and copy);

8, Contract of Foreign Invested Enterprises (except for Wholly Foreign-Owned Enterprises) and Articles of Association which have been approved and are in force;

9. Documents on the equity structure of the foreign investor at the time of local registration, tracing all the way back to the natural person shareholders or the listed company, providing the identity documents of the natural person shareholders or the identity documents of the promoter shareholders of the listed company in the prospectus.
