This association should be the result of big data, keywords or some believe that the same is considered to be associated, and whether it belongs to the company law on the association or counting can only go to the industrial and commercial registration check.

Associated enterprises are recognized by the following criteria: the total number of shares held directly or indirectly by one of the parties to each other reaches 25% or more; directly or indirectly owned or controlled by a third party reaches 25% or more of the shares; the enterprise and another enterprise (except for the independent financial institutions) borrowing funds accounted for 50% of the paid-in capital of the enterprise or more, or enterprise borrowing funds 10% of the total amount is guaranteed by another enterprise other than an independent financial institution.
