Translation:

Dwelling in the human world, but without the clamor of carriages and horses. Ask me how I can be so. As long as one's mind is high, one will naturally feel secluded in the place where one lives. In the east hedge under the picking chrysanthemums, leisurely, that far south of the mountain into the eyes.
