"Data Security Assessor Certificate" (Data Security Assessor Certificate - CCRC) is issued by China Network Security Review Certification and Market Supervision Big Data Center for the purpose of better implementing the relevant requirements of the Data Security Law and for relevant assessors who carry out data security testing and assessment and provide consulting services. In order to better implement the relevant requirements of the Data Security Law, the China Center for Network Security Review, Certification and Market Supervision (CCRC) has launched one of the series of certificates for network and data security job competency certification based on the national standard Basic Requirements for the Competency of Network Security Practitioners (GB/T 42446) for the assessment and provision of consulting services to the relevant assessors. Belonging to the national professional level certification, the certificate is very gold.

Through the data security assessor (CCRC-DSA) certification evaluation, proving that the licensee has met the "Basic Requirements for the Competence of Network Security Practitioners" (GB/T 42446) stipulated in the basic requirements for basic knowledge and skills to undertake the work of data security protection and security assessment, and has good data security management and assessment literacy; has the basic ability to engage in data security assessment and testing and Data Security Technical Consulting Services; can skillfully carry out data security risk assessment work; has the ability to monitor, analyze and solve technical problems related to data security protection; can accurately understand GB/T 41479 "Information Security Technology Network Data Processing Security Requirements" and its related standard requirements, has the ability to accurately implement the standard, and is capable of performing the work of data security protection testing and assessment and Data security consulting services and other related positions.
