Generally not if you're just passing through.
Health codes don't generally capture location information as a basis for determining the color of the health code, so if you're just passing through a medium- to high-risk area, the health code won't change color.
But if you are traveling with a confirmed, suspected, or asymptomatic infected person*** on the same mode of transportation, or are accompanied by a person who is in a medium- to high-risk area for more than four hours, then your health code may change color.
Counting the time spent in a medium-risk area
Generally, this means more than four hours.
"Via" means turning on a cell phone and staying in a medium- or high-risk area for more than four hours or more, at which point communications big data automatically records it as a route or visit, so the individual's health code and trip code will change.
But if you are just driving or riding in a car and don't stay for more than 4 hours, you will not be recorded as a route or visit, and your health code and trip code will not be affected.
