Pingdingshan Vocational College of Culture and Art is the only ordinary college in Henan Province that offers magic art with the approval of the Ministry of Education. The school was established in July 20 14, relying on the educational resources of Baofeng County. It is also the only private university in Pingdingshan.
Cao Zuo Jian
Pingdingshan Vocational College of Culture and Art is a full-time private higher vocational college approved by the Henan Provincial People's Government on 20 14, put on record by the Ministry of Education, and incorporated into the unified enrollment plan of the national college entrance examination. The registered place of the college is located in Baofeng County, Pingdingshan City, Henan Province, where the transportation is convenient, the history is long and the cultural resources are rich. The current school site is located in the west section of Fengyi Road, Baofeng County, Pingdingshan City, covering an area of about 397 mu, with a total investment of 470 million yuan.
It has well-equipped information classrooms, computer rooms, libraries, reading rooms, training rooms, dormitory buildings, student canteens, comprehensive gymnasiums and track and field facilities, with a total construction area of 88,500 ㎡, teaching administrative rooms of 37,800 ㎡ and student dormitories of 28,700 ㎡, which can meet the requirements of running a school.
Department specialty
The college consists of four colleges: Art College, school of economics and management College, Automobile College and Information Engineering College. Digital media art design, international standard dance, e-commerce, big data and accounting, computer application technology, automobile inspection and maintenance technology.
New campus
Pingdingshan Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government attached great importance to the restoration and development of the College, and Baofeng County Party Committee and County Government also gave strong support and planned a new campus for the College. The new campus is located on the south side of the east section of Xingbao Road in Baofeng County, opposite Pingdingshan Vocational and Technical College. The first phase covers an area of about 380 mu, and the planning and design scheme has been initially completed.
The total planned construction area is 168676.48㎡. High-standard construction of teaching and training building, library and office complex, academic exchange center, dormitory, student canteen, comprehensive gymnasium and standard track and field is expected to accommodate more than 5,000 students.
