As of 24:00 on January 20, the Commission received a cumulative total of 291 confirmed cases of pneumonia infected by the novel coronavirus reported by four provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) in the country (270 cases in Hubei Province, 5 cases in Beijing, 14 cases in Guangdong Province, and 2 cases in Shanghai Municipality); and a cumulative total of 54 suspected cases were reported by 14 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) (11 cases in Hubei Province, 11 cases in 7 cases in Guangdong Province, 3 cases in Sichuan Province, 1 case in Yunnan Province, 7 cases in Shanghai, 1 case in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, 1 case in Shandong Province, 1 case in Jilin Province, 1 case in Anhui Province, 16 cases in Zhejiang Province, 2 cases in Jiangxi Province, 1 case in Hainan Province, 1 case in Guizhou Province, 1 case in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region).

2, January 21, 2020

As of 24:00 on January 21, the Commission received a cumulative total of 440 confirmed cases of pneumonia with novel coronavirus infection reported from 13 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) in China (10 cases in Beijing, 2 cases in Tianjin, 9 cases in Shanghai, 5 cases in Zhejiang Province, 2 cases in Jiangxi, 1 case in Shandong Province, 1 case in Henan Province, 375 cases in Hubei Province, 1 case in Hunan Province Shandong Province, 1 case in Henan Province, 375 cases in Hubei Province, 1 case in Hunan Province, 26 cases in Guangdong Province, 5 cases in Chongqing Municipality, 2 cases in Sichuan Province, and 1 case in Yunnan Province), of which 102 cases were severe cases and 9 cases died (all from Hubei Province).

In addition to Hubei Province, 12 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) reported a cumulative total of 37 suspected cases (1 case in Shanxi Province, 1 case in Jilin Province, 1 case in Heilongjiang Province, 10 cases in Shanghai, 10 cases in Zhejiang Province, 3 cases in Anhui Province, 1 case in Guangdong Province, 2 cases in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, 1 case in Hainan Province, 5 cases in Sichuan Province, 1 case in Guizhou Province, and 1 case in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region).

3, January 22, 2020

As of 24:00 on January 22, the Commission received reports from 25 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) of a total of 571 confirmed cases of new coronavirus-infected pneumonia, of which 95 were severe cases and 17 deaths (all from Hubei Province). 13 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) reported a total of 393 suspected cases.

4, January 23, 2020

As of 24:00 on January 23, the National Health Commission received reports from 29 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) of a cumulative total of 830 confirmed cases of new coronavirus-infected pneumonia, of which 177 were severe cases and 25 were deaths, of which 24 were from Hubei Province and 1 from Hebei Province. 34 cases had been cured and discharged from hospitals. 20 cases of new coronavirus infection had been reported. Thirty-four cases have been cured and discharged from hospitals. 1072 suspected cases have been reported in 20 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities).

5, January 24, 2020

As of 24:00 on January 24, the Commission on Health received reports from 29 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) of a cumulative total of 1,287 confirmed cases of pneumonia infected by the new coronavirus, of which 237 cases of severe cases, 41 cases of death (39 cases in Hubei Province, 1 case in Hebei Province, 1 case in Heilongjiang). The hospital has been cured and discharged 38 cases. 20 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) reported a cumulative total of 1,965 cases of suspected cases.
