So the first year is really very significant, not only the first year of trucking industry digitalization, but also may be the first year of China's digital development.
I think there are two other things that we're overestimating in this transition.
The first thing is how to comply with invoicing, which is a new compliance system when you put it in the context of the digitization of the industry.
These policies are just a small dividend for the state to give to the digital development, it is a lever to pry this thing into the fast lane. Compliance is not a core competency, but staying compliant may be one of the core competencies. I think the invoice thing is considered by many to be the core of network freight, and I think that's a bit much.
The second thing is in the model of truckload matching, which is also probably overrated because it's just one part of the total process. The digitization of our logistics trucking industry encompasses a full process, and digitizing the full process creates a new process in the industry.

The most special thing about our logistics needs in China is that it's personalized not only at the operational level, but more importantly at the business level. What kind of customers are we dealing with, what are their preferences, what is their billing period, what is their credit, this is personalization.
Overall, network freight platform is essentially doing the work of digitalization, the implementation of this digitalization will lead to a series of evolutionary changes, this evolutionary change, in my experience over the years, can be summarized in internal changes and external changes. The internal changes will be the scheduling site and the support department, and the external changes will be the transparent management of capacity procurement and outsourced capacity suppliers, all of which will be brought about by the digitization of the whole process.
Credit flow mechanism of Lu Ge platform
This is the panorama of the digitization of our Lu Ge platform. There are many details in this panorama that will change, but in general, the principle will not change.
What is this principle? We divided different customers into different links, with SaaS to connect him together, the core is that we have to use the scene to drive the process, the process to project data, with data to drive our operations management, bill of lading management. And the core of only one point, these data can never be the kind of EXCEL table data, must be generated from the automatic business processes inside the data to be useful, otherwise it is useless.
This is the scenario we are practicing, we digitize the business scenario, and after digitizing it, we turn it into a credit data, how to turn it? That's going to be with the blockchain technology that we have now.
Actually, at noon with a few friends to talk about how blockchain works, or what blockchain is. Our practice tells us that blockchain is a technology that limits itself, but uses that technology to generate a **** circle of knowledge where everyone recognizes the data. And the hardest part is how big is the ****ing circle of knowledge and how many people recognize that data after the blockchain has generated a conversion.
Technically speaking, in the blockchain on the chain of different nodes, we are responsible for the scene nodes, external data and banking data strung together as the blockchain *** knowledge circle.
With this *** knowledge circle, we can generate blockchain-based credit flow supply chain finance. By generating credit through the data, and finally having the trucker take the money through the Token, a borrowing was not generated until now, and interest did not start accruing, and the cost of time was shortened. Because the front has gone through the blockchain, the risk is also reduced.
So this blockchain landing scene is still very difficult, in the logistics industry inside a large number of scenarios can be landing, but where is the bottleneck?
I think the bottleneck is the problem of **** circle of knowledge, even if there is technology, how to put the driver, the bank in the middle of these links, are able to connect to the platform, this is the most difficult thing. So digitization to the blockchain, is able to generate new connections, turn the indefinable circle of friends into a **** knowledge based on the new business ecosystem.
How is the service capability of a network freight platform assessed?
Network freight platform, ultimately to become a platform, need to go step by step, layer by layer incremental.
Network freight is a new category, we advocate to do a network freight 5A certification, I personally believe that network freight 5A certification will be more useful, more fire.
The reason is that it needs to assess a series of competency elements, and these competency elements are all related to data, which is not easy to see clearly. After such an assessment, for the company itself, for what he is trying to say, trying to self-certify. Currently, the first batch of 5A certified companies are also out, and I think the certification process still needs to be polished.
In retrospect, the whole new ecology, as the first year, has indeed begun. Then the most important change in this new ecology, and the difference between the old ecology, lies in the "elephant" in the house, previously used as a very simple resource in the use of the individual car to enter the system, a series of industry systems, national systems, enterprise systems to be put on the table in the role of, this is the Individual cars into the capacity supply chain.
The whole enterprise process, industry direction and regulatory process to adapt to this change, this change has a new foundation, with the old ecological very different foundation, our individual car has been digitized, whether it can be used up is the key.
The basis for digitization, 2012 to 2013 has put a computer in the hand, already have a cell phone. On this phone has formed their own digital community, has formed a variety of conversations with their bosses to connect.
Of course, there is the network freight, which is also digital, but this digital is still only at the level of tools, turn it into digital productivity, but also multi-level and long processing, one of the most critical point is to make their credit into digital, which is a very large project.
This is something that requires the entire society to be interconnected, and the entire society to form a new digital circle of friends. At least 5-10 years from now, the logistics industry will benefit from individual, underlying digitization, creating all kinds of new connections, and then lowering our costs, making new connections, and hopefully, everyone will be able to get on this train.
