Shanghai Sanda College is recruiting more than 90 academic leaders, professional backbones, young backbones, excellent doctors (post), full-time teachers and so on. Recruitment Objects and Scope of Specialties

(1) Category A:

1. Subject Leaders

(1) Subjects (specialties): Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, Software Engineering, Nursing, and Pedagogy.

(2) conditions: with a doctorate degree and the title of senior professional technician (more than 5 years), the age is generally not more than 50 years old; the age of talents who have made outstanding achievements recognized by domestic and foreign peers can be relaxed. Generally should be in the professional field to achieve a high level, can be in the school talent training, education and teaching, scientific research and other aspects of bringing significant impact and major breakthroughs.

(3) Recruitment number: 6-8 persons.

(4) Establishment and remuneration are negotiable.

2. Professional Backbone

(1) Disciplines (specialties): e-commerce, visual communication, product design, clothing and apparel design, Japanese translation, Spanish, marketing, financial management, accounting, international trade and so on.

(2) Requirements: a doctoral degree and the title of a full senior professional technician, generally no more than 55 years old, and an educational background that meets the requirements of the professional discipline to which the application applies. Have some teaching experience, academic attainments and achievements (presided over provincial and ministerial level and above scientific research projects, published authoritative journal papers, authorized by the invention patent), with provincial discipline leader, discipline team leader experience or equivalent academic attainments of overseas high-level talents, as well as master's degree tutor within the past five years is preferred.

(3) Recruitment number: 8-10 people.

3. Young Backbone Talents

(1) Discipline (specialty): mechanical engineering, computer science and technology, software engineering, nursing, etc.

(2) Requirements: age generally not more than 45 years old; excellent young talents with doctoral degree and more than 2 years of front-line teaching and research practice experience. Generally, they should have reached a high level in their specialized fields and be able to play an important role in talent cultivation, education and teaching, and scientific research in the university.

(3) Recruitment number: 10-12.

4. Outstanding Doctoral Degrees

(1) Disciplines (specialties): Accounting, Financial Management, Finance, International Economics and Trade, Law, Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, Engineering Management, Human Resource Management, Labor and Social Security, Journalism, Internet and New Media, Visual Communication Design, Product Design (including Digital Design Direction), Fashion Communication, Nursing, Rehabilitation Therapeutics, College English, Mathematics, and Civics.

(2) Requirements: Fresh or previous doctoral students, generally not older than 45 years old. In the past five years, those who have published high-quality academic papers in SCI, EI, SSCI, CSSCI source journals as the first author, presided over provincial and ministerial level or above scientific research projects, and been authorized by invention patents are preferred.

(3) Recruitment number: 50-60.

(2) Category B: Full-time Faculty Post

1. Subjects (majors)

(1) Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical and Intelligent, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Computer Science and Technology, E-commerce, Software Engineering, Big Data Science and Technology.

(2) Requirements: Fresh or previous doctoral students, educational background in line with the requirements of the professional disciplines applied. The age is generally not more than 45 years old; Master's degree students need to have relevant industry background and more than 5 years of corporate work experience. In the past five years, the first author in SCI, EI, SSCI, CSSCI source journals published high-quality academic papers, presided over the provincial and ministerial level and above scientific research projects, was authorized by the invention patent is preferred.

(3) Recruitment number: 20-25.

2. Adjunct Faculty

(1) Discipline (specialty): All the above majors are eligible to apply.

(2) Requirements: Age is generally not more than 60 years old. Generally required to have a doctoral degree or associate degree or above, individual specialties can be appropriately relaxed educational requirements, with the specialty or industry work experience is preferred.
