1, declared to participate in the project data analysis professional and technical training personnel must have management, economics and investment and finance and other professional college degree or above. If other professional college degree or above personnel, must be engaged in related professional work for more than one year.

2. The academic certificates issued by the declaring personnel must be the formal national education academic certificates recognized by the Ministry of National Education. In addition to any other academic certificate, can not be declared to participate in the project data analysis professional skills training and assessment.

3, the declarant issued by the Ministry of Education recognized by the formal national education qualification certificate, must be real and effective, not fake forgery or modification.
