This kicking method requires calf swing speed. Take the three forward kicks as an example:
Right foot practice method: stand on one foot with your right foot, with the target at knee height, take off with your right foot, kick the target and land on the ground. During the whole process, do not touch the left foot.
Left foot practice method: Kick forward in the air, kick the target with your left foot and land on the ground. During the whole process, the right foot does not touch the ground, but the calf needs to swing. The target position of the left foot is slightly higher than the waist.
Combined practice method: The first target is in the middle of the thigh, the second target is slightly higher than the waist, the third target is at neck height, the first and third targets are with the right foot, and the second target is with the left foot. The run-up will be better. Gradually improve the foot target after becoming proficient.
