Chapter III: Issuance of Academic Certificates
Article 6 Students who have completed the teaching contents required by the cultivation program, passed the grades, and met the graduation requirements, undergraduate graduates shall be issued the undergraduate diploma by Changchun Science and Technology College in accordance with the state regulations. The Changchun Institute of Science and Technology will issue the specialized (higher vocational) diploma to senior graduates as stipulated by the state.
Chapter IV Financial Aid Policies and Related Procedures for Students with Family Economic Difficulties
Article 7: Main Contents of State Financial Aid Policies for Students with Family Economic Difficulties in Colleges and Universities
In accordance with the Opinions on the Establishment of Sound Financial Aid Policies for Students with Family Economic Difficulties in Ordinary Colleges and Universities, Higher Vocational Schools, and Secondary Vocational Schools, Changchun Institute of Science and Technology has set up the State Scholarships, the State Inspirational Scholarships, national scholarships, national grants, national student loans (credit student loans), free education for teacher training students, national education subsidies for higher education students serving in the military, tuition compensation for grassroots employment, student loan reimbursement, new student enrollment subsidy programs, work assistance, tuition remission and other financial assistance policies for students from economically disadvantaged families in colleges and universities.
Before enrollment, students from economically disadvantaged families can apply for a credit student loan at the county (city or district) level of the education department where their families are registered, which can be used to settle tuition and accommodation fees. At the time of enrollment, new students from economically disadvantaged families can report to school through the school's "green channel". After entering the school, the school will take different measures to provide financial assistance after verification and recognition. Among them, to solve the tuition, accommodation costs, the main national student loans, national scholarships and other support; to solve the living costs, the main national grants, work and other support.
Article VIII: Main Contents of On-campus Financial Aid Policies for Students with Family Economic Difficulties in Colleges and Universities
The university withdraws 5% of its tuition income in full for the financial aid of students with family economic difficulties in the following forms of financial aid.
(I) School Scholarships
1. The school scholarships are mainly awarded to students with good character and excellent academic performance, who are in full-time enrollment in the second year of junior colleges and universities (including the second year) or above. Scholarships are divided into three grades. First-class scholarships are allocated places according to the number of grades and majors, accounting for 2% of the total number of students and amounting to 1,000 yuan per person per year; second- and third-class scholarships are allocated places according to the number of classes, with second-class scholarships assessed at 3% of the total number of students in a class and amounting to 500 yuan per person per year; third-class scholarships are assessed at 10% of the total number of students in a class and amounting to 200 yuan per person per year.
2. Dong'ao Scholarship of Jilin Dong'ao Deer Industry Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. mainly rewards the students with good character and academic excellence and subsidizes the students with financial difficulties.
(2) Hardship Assistance
Student hardship assistance is a one-time financial assistance issued by the school to students or their families who suffer from major accidents, illnesses or major changes that make life difficult.
(3) Donations from Social Organizations
The school actively contacts social forces, expands the channels of social assistance, and extensively absorbs social donations for student financial aid; it takes the initiative to strive for the establishment of scholarships by enterprises, public institutions and social organizations, and further improves the construction of the financial aid network that combines the school and the society, so as to help the students with financial difficulties to successfully complete their studies.

Article IX: Objects and Procedures of Subsidizing Students with Family Economic Difficulties
Students with family economic difficulties refer to those students whose own funds and those of their families are insufficient to pay for the basic costs of study and life during the period of study at school. Students are required to declare their family financial difficulties to the school, and the school will recognize them by democratic deliberation according to the standards set by the relevant departments and the prescribed procedures.

Article XII Approved Physical and Health Requirements
The physical examination of candidates in 2020 carries out the Guidelines for Physical Examination for Admission to Ordinary Colleges and Universities formulated and issued by the Ministry of Education, the National Health Commission, and the China Disabled Persons' Federation, and the relevant supplementary regulations.
Article XIII Rules of Admission
(1) Adjustment ratio. The school will transfer students according to the grades provided by the provincial admission and examination agencies (including the national college entrance examination extra points items confirmed by the provincial admission and examination agencies). In principle, the transfer ratio of the batches filed by sequential volunteers is controlled within 120%. For batches submitted in parallel, the transfer ratio is in principle controlled within 105%. When the admission, depending on the provinces (cities, districts) the quality of student resources and other circumstances may be appropriate adjustments to the enrollment plan.
(2) for the implementation of sequential volunteer provinces (cities, districts), priority admission of the first volunteer candidates, when the first volunteer on-line number exceeds the number of schools in the local enrollment plan, do not admit the second volunteer candidates; when the first volunteer on-line number is less than the number of schools in the local enrollment plan, you can receive the second volunteer and other volunteer candidates.
(3) Care plus points. Candidates who enjoy the policy of extra points or downgrading the file, according to the provisions of the provincial (municipal, regional) admission examination institutions to file, in the professional admission according to the file scores for sorting, giving priority to the admission of candidates with high scores.

Beijing, Tianjin, Shandong, Zhejiang, Hainan and other gaokao reform provinces in accordance with the new gaokao admission policy.
(5) Art candidates need to participate in the unified organization of the province's art joint examination, the joint examination results of the candidates who passed the examination in accordance with the cultural scores of the highest to the lowest merit (or the implementation of the province where the source of the relevant provisions on the admission of art). In Jilin Province, art and design students are admitted according to the composite score, which is calculated as follows: composite score = professional course score * 100% + cultural course score * 60%.
