According to "20 16 China Internet Hottest Job Talent Report" published by professional social platform LinkedIn, R&D engineer, product manager, human resources, marketing, operation and data analysis are the six most scarce talent positions in China Internet industry. Among them, R&D engineers are in the greatest demand, while data analysis talents are the most scarce. The LinkedIn report shows that the data analysis talent supply index is the lowest, only 0.05, which is highly scarce. Data analysis talents also have the fastest job-hopping speed, with an average job-hopping speed of 19.8 months.
According to the statistics of the Data Analysis Committee of China Business Federation, the talent gap of basic data analysis in China will reach140,000 in the future, and more than 60% of the positions recruited by BAT enterprises are recruiting big data talents.
