The conditions for guaranteed graduate study of Guizhou University are introduced as follows:

Receiving Conditions

(1) The applicant must be a fresh undergraduate graduate of a college or university with the right of recommending and exempting from the examination with a nationally recognized academic qualification (excluding students of specialized colleges and universities, second bachelor's degrees and independent colleges and universities), and obtain the qualification of recommending and exempting from the examination of the school he or she is attending (taking up the applicant's (taking up the recommendation index of the applicant's school).

(2) The applicant must be honest and trustworthy, have a proper academic style, and have no record of cheating in examinations or plagiarizing others' academic achievements.

(3) Excellent conduct and behavior, without any record of disciplinary action.

(d) Physical health condition in accordance with the national physical examination and the relevant requirements of the University.

(5) The undergraduate majors of the students applying for the LLM (Non-law) program must be non-law; the undergraduate majors of the students applying for the LLM (Law) program must be law.

(f) Meet other application conditions stipulated by the applying college (center, laboratory) (see the acceptance work rules of each unit for details).

Other

(1) According to the schedule of the Ministry of Education, the list of candidates to be admitted will be posted on the website of the Graduate School of Guizhou University

(2) Candidates who have been pre-selected by the relevant faculties and departments of the University for preferential treatment need not attend the re-testing again, but they must obtain the qualification of being exempted from admission of the undergraduate institutions, and log on to the website of the Graduate School of Guizhou University "Examination and Recruitment Website" in China within the stipulated time. The "Push and Remove Service System" on the website of China Research Recruitment Center will be used to fill in the application.

(3) For students who have made false statements in the process of applying for exemption from studying for master's degree, their qualifications for reexamination will be canceled once they are found.

(4) According to the Ministry of Education's "2020 National Master's Degree Enrollment Management Regulations" (Teaching Letter [2019] No. 6), the students who have been accepted by the University for recommendation and exemption are not allowed to enroll in the master's degree enrollment examination of the current year, or their qualification for recommendation and exemption admission will be canceled.
