1, red head cap tube
Preparation of specimens are serum, red head tube does not contain separation gel. Used for clinical biochemistry, immunity, endocrine, radioimmunity, PCR and other testing experiments. The inner wall is treated to prevent blood cells from attaching to the wall. The volume of blood collected is 3-5 ml.
2. Orange-red capped tubes
The inner wall of blood collection tubes is uniformly coated with silicone oil to prevent wall hanging, and at the same time, procoagulant is added. Procoagulant can activate fibrinase, so that soluble fibrin into insoluble fibrin polymers, and then form a stable fibrin clot, if you want to quickly out of the results, you can use procoagulant tubes, generally within 5 minutes to make the collection of blood coagulation. Generally used for emergency biochemistry.
3, green capped tube
Green tube with sodium heparin, one is used to check blood rheology, including blood viscosity. Deformation rate and so on, the second is used for flow cytology examination, including white blood cells, blood cells, red blood cell surface of the molecules of the analysis, but also includes bone marrow and tissue cells.
4, purple capped tube
Contains EDTA-K2 (K3) anticoagulant, preparation specimen for whole blood. Used for blood routine, blood group identification, cross-matching and other experiments. Inner wall treatment. The volume of blood collection is 2ml,5ml.
5.Blue cap tube
Contains 0.105 or 0.129 moles (equivalent to 3.2% or 3.8%) of sodium citrate anticoagulant 0.2 ml,0.3 ml, the prepared specimen is plasma. Used for blood coagulation experiments, coagulation factor detection experiments. The inner wall was treated to prevent platelet aggregation and adhesion.
6, black capped tube
The volume ratio of its anticoagulant to blood is 1:4, generally used for hemosiderosis test, when the ratio of anticoagulant is too high, the blood is diluted, which can speed up the hemosiderosis. When collecting blood, attention should be paid to the collection of sufficient blood volume (2ml) to ensure the accuracy of the test results, and the blood should be inverted and mixed 8-10 times immediately after collection.
7, gray capped tube
Contains anticoagulant and sodium fluoride to prevent degradation of blood glucose, preparation of specimens for plasma. Used for blood glucose, glucose tolerance test. Quantitative blood collection, blood volume of 2-3ml, immediately after blood collection for testing.
8, gold-colored cap tubes
containing inert separating gel, procoagulant, the preparation of specimens for serum. The specific gravity of the inert separating gel is greater than serum and less than blood clot, after centrifugation, the gel moves to the middle of the blood collection tube, isolating the blood clot and serum, which is convenient for direct access to the machine and the preservation of the specimen, and ensures the stability of some sensitive indexes (such as glucose, electrolytes, enzymes, etc.), which improves the accuracy of the test results.
