Changsha No.6 Middle School is a public complete middle school directly under Changsha Education Bureau, and a model ordinary high school in Hunan Province. The school was founded in 1905, formerly known as "Private Duize Middle School in Hunan", with Mr. Xiong Xiling, the first elected prime minister and finance director of the Republic of China, as the first principal.

The school covers an area of 39,629 square meters, with a building area of13,949 square meters, a green area of12,680 square meters and a sports ground area of13,000 square meters.

Teacher Huang Minlan of our school is the chief teacher of "Changsha Huangminlan Middle School History Teacher Studio".

In 2009, our school cooperated with Changjun Middle School.

In July, 20021,our school renewed the cooperation agreement with Changjun Middle School.

Our school is a school of Changjun Education Group, deeply integrated into the overall development of the group. The junior middle school is the course center Youth League School of Changjun Education Group.
