According to the pop-up window prompts, immediately contact your community, street or relevant unit to report. If segregation is not required, the community will register in the management system.

One hour after completing the registration, log out and log in again in the HealthPRO Personal Center, and HealthPRO will be updated to "No abnormalities seen". If HealthPay does not revert back to "no exceptions seen," you will need to contact the community to confirm that the registration information is correct.
