According to the needs of epidemic prevention and control work, in order to ensure the health of the majority of candidates, to ensure the safe and smooth progress of the examination, is now the Weifang City 2022 Annual Professional Qualification Examination for First-Class Constructors epidemic prevention and control of the relevant requirements and precautions to be informed as follows, please all the candidates to be aware of and strictly implement the examination of the various epidemic prevention and control measures and requirements.
I. Preparation for epidemic prevention and control before the examination
(1) In order to ensure smooth reference, it is recommended that the candidates do not leave Weifang City before the examination unless it is necessary. Candidates still in the field (outside the province, other cities in the province) should take the initiative to understand the city's epidemic prevention and control requirements, according to the provisions of the early arrival, so as not to delay the examination.
(2) Apply in advance for the "Shandong Province electronic health pass code" and "communication big data travel card".
(c) Prepare the appropriate number of negative nucleic acid test certificates (in paper form) as required.
The paper version of the negative nucleic acid test certificates (1. Screenshot printout of the complete nucleic acid test result with personal information shown on the "Shandong Province e-Health Pass Code"; 2. Original test report; 3. Photocopy of the test report; the paper version of the negative nucleic acid test certificates of any one of the above forms) shall be submitted to the invigilator when entering the examination room. Invigilators and must be submitted for each examination. The negative nucleic acid test certificate is based on the first examination actually taken by the candidate. Candidates are requested to photocopy the appropriate number of copies of the negative nucleic acid test certificate in advance according to the number of examination subjects to be referred to. Candidates who cannot provide the required negative nucleic acid test certificates as requested will not be allowed to sit for the examination.
(4) Candidates with special circumstances (see "II. Candidate Management Requirements: (3) - (6)") shall report to Weifang Personnel Examination and Labor Capacity Appraisal Center (see "IV. Reporting Methods and Requirements").
(e) Daily temperature measurement and health condition monitoring, and take the initiative to reduce the number of outings, unnecessary gatherings and contacts before the examination, so as to ensure that the examination is in good physical condition.
II. Candidate Management Requirements
(1) Candidates who have no history of traveling outside of the province within 7 days prior to the examination, and who have no history of traveling in high-risk areas in the province or in counties (cities and districts) where the local epidemic occurs, shall take the examination with a certificate of a negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours prior to the examination.
(2) Candidates who have no history of traveling outside Weifang area for 7 days prior to the examination shall take the examination with a certificate of negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours prior to the examination.
(c) Candidates with a history of traveling outside the Weifang area, provide proof of a negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours prior to departure to Weifang, and arrive in our city in advance to receive health monitoring as required. (d) Confirmed cases cured and discharged from the hospital and asymptomatic infected persons should hold a health check-up report within 7 days before the examination, and those with normal physical examination, lung imaging showing complete absorption of lung lesions, and 2 negative nucleic acid tests at 24-hour intervals (1 of which is within 48 hours before the examination) are allowed to take the examination.
(e) Candidates belonging to the following circumstances must have a certificate of 2 negative nucleic acid tests at intervals of 24 hours or more within 7 days before the examination, 1 of which is within 48 hours before the examination, and take the examination at an isolated examination center when they take the examination:
1. Candidates who have had an epidemic in their community of residence for 10 days;
2. Those who have history of sojourn outside the country and whose entry into the country has been for more than 7 days but less than 10 days.
(6) Those who have fever, cough and other symptoms 7 days before the examination must provide a diagnostic certificate issued by a medical institution and a certificate of negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours before the examination and take the examination at an isolated examination center.
(7) Candidates belonging to the following circumstances shall not be allowed to take the examination:
1. Confirmed cases, suspected cases, asymptomatic infected persons and close contacts still in the quarantine observation period;
2. Those who have fever, cough and other symptoms that have not yet been cured and have not ruled out infectious diseases and are not feeling well for 7 days prior to the examination;
3. Those who have history of sojourn to key areas of the epidemic, such as high-risk areas, and Those who have left the above areas for less than 7 days;
4. Those who have a history of living outside the country and have been in the country for less than 7 days;
5. Those who are unable to provide health certificates, such as negative nucleic acid test certificates, as required.
Three, the examination day requirements
(a) candidates by the site test body temperature is normal (not more than 37.3 ℃), carry the examination card, a valid resident identity card, meet the requirements and the number of negative nucleic acid test certificate (paper), scan the examination site place code, show the Shandong Province e-health pass code green code, communication big data trip card green card, before you can participate in the examination. Those who do not carry them will not be allowed to enter.
(2) Due to the need for epidemic prevention inspection before the examination, candidates are requested to reserve sufficient time for admission, and it is recommended that they arrive at the examination center (school) at least one hour in advance so as not to affect the examination.
(3) Candidates should bring their own disposable medical masks or medical surgical masks for the examination, and should wear the masks throughout the examination, except for removing the masks as required during the identity verification, when entering and leaving the examination center and during the examination.
(d) During the examination, the invigilators will organize all candidates to sign the "Candidates' Health Commitment" (provided by the examination center, see the annex for the style), and candidates are requested to understand the content of the health commitment in advance and sign it truthfully according to the requirements.
Four, reporting methods and requirements
