Step 3: In order to strengthen the on-site management of warehouse materials, keep abreast of the quantity dynamics of the materials in stock, and prevent errors and material loss, it is necessary to ensure that each material has a material control card, each shelf has a detailed list of the materials on that shelf, and the computer accounts have the material quantity, shelf layout and material position, and the material position can be queried at any time. The contents of the material control card include the date of receiving and sending materials, product name, voucher number, quantity of goods in and out of the warehouse, balance quantity and commodity stacking position. Because the material control card is used to record the quantity dynamics of materials, it must really reflect the inventory materials in a timely manner and enter them in the accounts in time, which is convenient for warehouse inventory and inventory.
