The CloudShip operating system has two core features: enterprise-class and fully open. The characteristic of full openness represents two-way openness, one is downward openness, full compatibility with various infrastructures, realizing the customer's perspective of "one cloud"; the second is upward openness, full openness of PaaS, to provide the industry with consistent PaaS capabilities that can be operated on top of various infrastructures.

In addition, Jingdong Cloud also officially released the industry's first fully open PaaS ecosystem "cloud building program", the first phase of nearly 30 partners stationed in the database, middleware, containers, microservices, DevOps, low-code, big data, security, IaaS and other technical areas.
