Our hospital through clinical observation, found that these patients when they learned that they are suffering from STDs, are manifested in fear, shame and other psychological. In order to make every patient with STDs in a psychological state to accept treatment, to help patients to solve the psychological burden caused by STDs vary widely, medical personnel must have a full understanding of the patient's psychological response, and then for a variety of psychological state of different nursing measures, this paper investigates and analyzes the psychological state of 20 cases of patients with STDs and nursing care as follows.

1. Clinical data

Patients **** 20 people, male 17 cases, female 3 cases, age 19 to 56 years old, unmarried 4 cases, married 16 cases; occupational distribution: workers 3 people, self-employed 13 people, non-engaged youth 2 people, salesman 2 people.

2. Psychological state analysis

Most of the patients with venereal diseases were filled with pain, fear and remorse mentally and psychologically. After hospitalization, most of them show sullenness, reticence and low self-esteem. Coupled with the inconvenience of walking and other symptoms, they often have the following psychological barriers:

(1) fear of discrimination by health care workers: patients with the disease, self-consciousness has a sense of guilt, such as patients Gao Moumou, male, 20 years old, found after unclean sexual contact with blood in the stool, vulvar pimples, oozing, diagnosed as second-stage syphilis admitted to the hospital, the patient's history of impure sexual intercourse for 9 months, the disease did not come in time to the clinic, v. Because of the weakness of the heart, He was afraid to come to the hospital for fear, and he had been ill for more than 4 months, and he came to the hospital only after 1 month of aggravation. After admission to the hospital, the ideological burden is heavy, worrying that the medical staff will ridicule him, and thus withdrawn, depressed, do not think of food.

(2) fear of marital rupture: 16 cases of married patients showed 90% of self-blame, guilt, and 10% of irresponsibility, but these married patients are able to conceal to their lovers, and request the medical staff to keep confidentiality.

(3) fear that the cure is difficult, the disease has repeated: 20 patients in which 86% of the patients have a fear of psychology, which brings pessimism, loss of confidence in the treatment, feel that the future is uncertain.

3. Psychological care

Nursing staff in front of patients with STDs should be confident, skilled, enthusiastic, so that patients feel friendly, trustworthy, have a sense of dependence, the nursing staff is required to be generous and dignified, demeanor is steady, talk moderation, the patient in grief, loneliness and even horror, the most afraid of being treated coldly, so the nursing staff should be gentle attitude, sincere language, do not discriminate against them, do not hate, should give the patient a sense of discrimination, do not hate, do not give the patient a sense of humor. Don't be disgusted, should give the patient a sense of cordiality, for walking inconvenient patients can assist some life care, such as playing meals, open water, etc., so that they feel that life has not abandoned them. Medical personnel should obtain the patient's active cooperation, in order to assist in diagnosis and treatment and tracking the source of infection, to keep the patient's illness confidential, to give the patient the opportunity to reform their own thinking and repentance, to increase the patient's awareness of mental health, to reduce ideological pressure, and to enhance the confidence of overcoming the disease.

In summary, the psychological care of patients with STDs is a difficult and important task, we in the nursing work, according to the different psychological state of the patient, to take different nursing measures, so that the nursing work is targeted, according to the specific circumstances of each person to do a good job in the psychological care, and actively cooperate with the treatment, to help them set up a correct outlook on life, the outlook on love, the outlook on marriage.
