September 1 What are the big data regulations?
How long can a car stay with its owner? Five years? 10 year? According to the big data analysis of domestic used cars in recent years, basically the replacement cycle of family cars is concentrated in 7~8 years. The destination of used cars is either the used car market or the scrap factory. At that time, the Great Wall Seve used by Dahu was opened for 13 years.

Finally, due to the emission problem, it was turned away from Shanghai (from 20 16 65438+ 10/0, gasoline vehicles that did not meet the national emission standards were prohibited from entering Shanghai). In desperation, I had to say goodbye to my beloved car. Because of busy work, I originally planned to scrap my car directly in Shanghai, but after several turns, I found that my car was worthless at all, and the price of scrapping was "useless than scrap iron".

Finally, all kinds of people tried to resell their cars to the mountains in Ningbo, Zhejiang. So I thought, don't you talk about raising the subsidy for car scrapping every day? How can this car be scrapped or "San Qian is worthless"? In fact, the fundamental reason is that there is no relevant policy and the number of related enterprises is too small.

Scrap cars are worth less than scrap iron.

From September 1, it may become history!

However, from today (that is, September 1 day), the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Management Measures for the Recycling of Scrap Motor Vehicles is officially implemented! This was jointly issued by the Ministry of Commerce and other seven departments. After the implementation of the new regulations, "scrapped cars cannot be sold at a higher price" may become history. Because in the past, the scrapping of old cars was a direct way of "selling iron". To put it bluntly, the scrapping price is the real "scrap price". Therefore, many car owners say that "direct scrapping is not as valuable as selling disassembled parts"!

Nowadays, the new regulations stipulate that after the car premium, the vehicle will be disassembled into "five big assemblies" by professionals, namely "big assemblies" such as engines and gearboxes. Then the scrap factory sells it to the relevant "remanufacturing" enterprises. These enterprises put the recovered assembly parts into the field of automobile maintenance as "remanufactured parts" after maintenance.

Remanufacturing existed in Europe many years ago.

The German public is a typical representative.

Maybe you heard the word "remanufacturing" for the first time, but in fact, this concept began to spread in Europe many years ago. For example, Germany, a powerful country in the automobile industry. In other words, Discovery Channel also went to Germany to report on "Remanufacturing of Auto Parts" in detail, and explained why "Remanufacturing" greatly reduced the waste of resources in Germany.

Specifically, Volkswagen will directly disassemble the assembly of the user's faulty vehicle, make an inventory after fine repair, and list it for archiving. Maybe you don't know this, so let's take an example: suppose a car owner has an abnormal problem with the rear suspension of Volkswagen 6th generation golf, so he goes to the maintenance network for maintenance.

According to the normal thinking, for example, when the car was finally inspected, a rubber sleeve of the rear suspension cracked due to aging, so we removed the rear suspension, decomposed it bit by bit, finally found the rubber sleeve, and then replaced it with a new one, then restored it to its original state and reassembled it into a whole, and the maintenance was successful.

The traditional maintenance time is long and the cost is high.

"Remanufacturing" shortens the waiting time of car owners

But such operation steps often mean that maintenance takes a long time. On the one hand, customers have to wait for a long time, on the other hand, the working hours paid by the final owners will be very expensive. So how did the German public solve this problem? It's simple: since the rear suspension of the guest's car is not normal, it's simple! Remove the complete set of rear suspension assembly directly!

Then take out a complete set of 6th generation golf rear suspension assembly directly from the warehouse and install it directly on the faulty car! Then the owner can drive away directly! The maintenance time is greatly shortened. What about the disassembled assembly? -Very simple! Afterwards, a professional engineer slowly overhauled it in the workshop bit by bit, and finally repaired it seriously.

Archive and seal after repair.

Wait for the next outbound use.

This repair is not only something that can't be repaired, but also carefully check all the aging parts on the assembly. If there are signs of aging, replace it directly. They will be carefully tested after the whole repair is completed. After passing the test, it will be "sealed", hung on the "XX parts assembly list of XX model" and finally put into storage.

The next time the same model breaks down in the same position, this set of things will be taken out of the warehouse directly and installed on other vehicles as a "substitute". In other words, when the owner goes to repair the car, the so-called "good parts" are actually "old parts, which are in good technical condition after strict maintenance and monitoring", and that's all.

"Remanufacturing" reduces the use cost of car owners

At the same time, it also reduces the waste of national resources.

For the owner, if it costs 2000 euros to repair the car with brand-new parts, then it may only cost 800 euros to use the "repaired and monitored old parts". The owner saves time and money. If the owner does not have a "new product plot", then this is a very affordable maintenance method. In Germany, this concept of "core recycling" has been recognized by many car owners.

Now this concept has been introduced into China, so the new regulations are based on this consideration. Another benefit brought by the new regulations is of course that the price of scrapped cars is much higher than before. This means that the loss of the owner will be greatly reduced. Moreover, once the "remanufacturing" is moved to the tooling, those private illegal recycling will be effectively curbed, and car owners will no longer have to "tear down cars and sell them everywhere".
