Fourth, the relevant requirements
1. Candidates should check their interview time and grouping carefully before the interview.
2. Candidates interview, candidates must be prepared to "two certificates, a code, a card, a table, a book and a report" and other information on time to participate in the interview. "Two certificates" that is the paper admission card and valid second-generation resident identity card (without the original identity card, must provide a valid temporary identity card or police station issued with a photo and stamped with the official seal of the household registration certificate or social security card); "one code, one card" that is One code and one card", i.e., "Xinkang Code" and "Communication Big Data Trip Card" (electronic version); "One form", i.e., "Qinghai Provincial Civil Servants Recruitment Examination Qualification Review Audit Form" which has passed the audit; "A book", i.e. "Prevention and Control of the New Crown Pneumonia Epidemic in Qinghai Province 2022 Public Examination and Recruitment of Civil Servants Interview Candidates" (Attachment 6, to be filled in truthfully and signed after printing on your own one day prior to the examination); and "A report", i.e. a negative nucleic acid test in the 48 hours prior to entry to the examination center report.
3. Candidates should arrive at the interview site by 7:10 a.m. on the day of the interview according to their grouping. Candidates who do not report to the interview site by 8 a.m. on the day of the interview will be treated as voluntarily giving up their interview qualifications, and no parking lot will be provided at the interview site.
4. Candidates participating in the interview uniformly use the national common language (Mandarin) to answer questions.
5. According to the provisions of the Announcement, the planned number of candidates and the number of interviews ratio of 1:1, the position of the total examination results of the last candidate's interview scores did not reach the day to participate in the average score of all the interviewers in the group, canceled the qualification for entry into the next session of the examination.
6. Interviews are conducted in a closed waiting management, candidates can leave the examination room only after signing to confirm the interview results at the end of the interview. During the examination, breakfast is not provided, candidates interviewed in the afternoon, lunch is provided at noon (boxed lunch, 1 20 yuan, candidates voluntarily purchase).
7. Please consciously abide by the examination rules and discipline, in addition to the necessary documents and materials can be brought into the waiting room, other personal belongings are required to be deposited in the storage cabinet. You may not bring any communication tools and electronic equipment into the waiting room and interview examination room. Anyone who is found to have violated the rules of discipline and cheating will be seriously dealt with in accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Public Organizations and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Welfare's "Measures for the Treatment of Violations of the Rules of Discipline in the Recruitment of Civil Servants" (Zhongguo Fa 〔2021〕 No. 12).
8. Candidates are requested to read the epidemic prevention and control book carefully, pay constant attention to the status of the "XinKang code" "communication big data trip card", take the initiative to show the information of their epidemic prevention and health code before the interview, and take the initiative to accept the body temperature measurement according to the requirements. "Candidates who have a green code, a normal "Communication Data Travel Card", a normal body temperature (<37.3℃) and no abnormal respiratory symptoms such as coughing are required to provide a negative nucleic acid test report within 48 hours prior to entering the test center before they are allowed to attend the interview. . If the body temperature exceeds 37.3 ℃, they need to receive two temperature retests on the spot. If the body temperature still exceeds the standard, the on-site medical personnel must use the mercury thermometer again to take the temperature under the armpit. Indeed, the fever, by the site health care professionals to assess, comprehensive research and judgment have to participate in the interview conditions, by the person responsible for taking to the isolation of the examination room.
Special attention: to avoid affecting the examination, where there is a history of travel in high-risk areas within 7 days to (return) to the Qing candidates, must be in accordance with the latest requirements of the Xining City Epidemic Prevention and Control Command for isolation and medical observation and nucleic acid testing, and provide access to the test site within 48 hours before the nucleic acid test negative report before you can participate in the interview. Candidates with the above conditions must take the initiative to report to the qualification review unit (i.e., the unit that issues the audited and approved Qualification Review Audit Form for the Qinghai Provincial Civil Service Recruitment Examination to the candidates) in a timely manner.
9. Nucleic acid sampling time requirements:
(1) July 26 to participate in the interview candidates, nucleic acid sampling time shall not be earlier than July 24, 7:10 am.
(2) July 27 to participate in the interview candidates, nucleic acid sampling time shall not be earlier than July 25, 7:10 am.
(3) Candidates attending the interview on July 28, nucleic acid sampling time should not be earlier than July 26, 7:10 am.
(4) Candidates attending the interview on July 29, nucleic acid sampling time should not be earlier than July 27, 7:10 am.
(5) Candidates attending the interview on July 30, nucleic acid sampling time should not be earlier than July 28, 7:10 am.
10. Candidates with one of the following circumstances are not allowed to participate in the examination:
(1) non-compliance with the provisions of the examination epidemic prevention and control, misreporting, concealment of personal health information, which does not match with the actual health information of the person;
(2) within 7 days of the history of sojourn in medium- and high-risk areas, and failure to carry out the isolation of the medical observation and nucleic acid testing in accordance with the latest requirements;
( (3) If the Shinkang code or trip card is non-green code before entering the examination center;
(4) If the immunization materials (one card, one code, one book and one report) are incomplete or do not meet the requirements;
(5) If the temperature on the day of the examination is more than 37.3 ℃ or if there are suspected symptoms such as fever, coughing, coughing up sputum, dry pharynx, dyspnea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of smell or taste, etc., and if, upon assessment by the on-site medical personnel, the Comprehensive study does not have the conditions to participate in the interview;
(6) other epidemic prevention and control needs to be in isolation or home medical observation period.11. Candidates bring their own disposable medical masks to participate in the interview, consciously maintain the examination room during the examination
order, obey the site staff arrangements. Candidates in addition to the verification of identity and enter the examination room interview in accordance with the requirements of the timely removal of masks, in and out of the examination center, waiting for the examination and other parts of the mask must be worn throughout. Those who refuse to wear masks are not allowed to enter the interview site.
