In the keynote speech of "how the automobile industry can **** up with the current changes", Wang Delong, deputy general manager of JAC Group, introduced the new achievements of JAC Group in recent years with the change as the driving force, as well as the thinking and plans for the future development of JAC Group.
From Wang Delong's introduction, compared with other first-tier automotive groups, JAC Group has focused on two aspects of intelligent, electrified and digital transformation in recent years, one is to insist on the development of its own core technologies, and the other is to open up cooperation.
In terms of its own core technologies, JAC Group has completed the construction of a new passenger car platform, realized the full application of L2-level driver assistance technology in all models of passenger cars and commercial vehicles, and realized the mass production of batteries, high-efficiency and quiet electric drive and vehicle domain control and other core technologies.
In terms of foreign cooperation, JAC's cooperation with Volkswagen, Azera, Cummins, Huawei, and KDDI is progressing smoothly.
On the future development goal, Wang Delong said JAC will strive to develop into an international automobile enterprise group with vehicle sales exceeding 1 million units and sales revenue reaching 100 billion yuan by the end of the 14th Five-Year Plan.
To realize this goal, Wang especially mentioned in the roundtable discussion that, as a traditional automobile enterprise, JAC must strengthen its advantages in the supply chain and technology integration and integration while opening its arms to a wide range of cooperation, and at the same time, improve its cross-border learning ability. In particular, we should learn from the new car-making forces and Internet companies how to define the user, build a user-centered "moat", and promote the implementation of the strategy with conceptual change.

Good afternoon, honorable leaders and guests.
First of all, I would like to thank the General Assembly for giving us such an opportunity to exchange ideas and learn from each other. The theme of my report is "Accelerating the development of new kinetic energy by taking change as the driving force". It is mainly divided into two parts: one is the practice of JAC in recent years, and the other is the next step of some of our ideas.
In recent years, JAC insists on seeking progress while maintaining stability, strengthens openness and cooperation, and resolutely promotes change and innovation, and has made certain achievements in the areas of intelligentization, electrification, digital transformation, and open cooperation.
In terms of Intelligent Network Connection, we have completed the construction of our new passenger car platform, realized the full application of L2-level driver assistance technology in all passenger cars and commercial vehicles, and maturely applied the Telematics 3.0 system.
In terms of new energy vehicles, our core technologies such as batteries, high-efficiency silent electric drives and vehicle domain control have realized mass production applications. In terms of open cooperation, JAC Group has carried out in-depth strategic cooperation with Volkswagen; we have achieved remarkable results with Azera Motors, and both sides have set up Jianglai Advanced Manufacturing Company. Our products with Cummins are continuously upgraded; we also have strategic cooperation with Huawei and KU Xunfei to jointly develop software ecosystems as well as y empowered products.
In terms of digital transformation, JAC combines the characteristics of the consumer groups in the new era, with the help of digital media, based on the mobile Internet, cloud computing, big data analysis technology, to create a smart digital marketing ecosystem. Being able to meet the multiple needs of users for vehicle comfort, convenience and intelligence, it has been selected as an outstanding case of excellent digital transformation by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council in 2020. JAC opened a new era of digital marketing brand traditional marketing case, also successfully selected as a typical case.
In terms of mechanism change, JAC has formally implemented equity incentives mainly for core business backbones, successfully implemented salary reforms for technical staff positions and professional staff, implemented incentives for key talents and backbone employees across the board, further improved the total wage and salary distribution mechanism, and the sense of gain and happiness of employees has continued to grow.
In addition to some of the current practices, the next step in the face of the opportunities and challenges brought about by the momentum of intelligent new energy vehicles, we believe that the Chinese brand will be able to go out, we must have the opportunity to develop. JAC Group will make greater efforts to innovate in terms of corporate strategy, culture and process mechanism. Cultivate new opportunities in the crisis, open a new situation in the change, accumulate new momentum of development, show new vitality, and strive to walk in the forefront of change.
Specifically, first, comprehensively strengthen the user thinking. From the enterprise research, production and marketing of each link, in-depth development of user-centered innovation practices, improve the user-centered performance management system, build a long-term mechanism of user thinking, promote the transformation of the enterprise to the operation of the user viscosity, construct a user-centered "moat", to conceptual change to promote the strategic landing.
Second, continue to deepen technological innovation. Adhere to the precise R & D, highlighting the intelligent safety, energy saving and environmental protection, comfortable technology links, focusing on creating advanced energy saving, intelligent network, modeling, platform architecture of the four brands. Give full play to the advantages of flexible iteration, realize the rapid iteration of automotive software and vehicle functions commonly used and always new, and pursue user satisfaction with the excellent experience of thousands of people and thousands of vehicles.
Thirdly, we will make every effort to promote digital transformation. In accordance with the requirements of industrial digitization, we will promote multiple links in the digital supply chain, intelligent and agile manufacturing, industrial Internet construction, R&D and logistics, and marketing, to open up the digital process of the entire value chain and enhance efficiency with digital transformation.
Fourth, insist on deepening open cooperation. Continue to strengthen and deepen the strategic cooperation with Volkswagen, and continue to deepen the cooperation with Azera Motors to enhance the value of Cummins Power. Further strengthen the competitive advantage and promote the strategic partnership with Technology Xunfei. At the same time, we will explore new cooperation mechanisms around intelligent manufacturing*** together, actively explore cooperation with external resources in the field of new energy and intelligent network connection, vigorously promote cross-border cooperation, and explore new business models to effectively respond to the industry's turbulent period of change.
Fifth, we will resolutely push forward the change of mechanism. In accordance with the requirements of the three-year action of state-owned enterprise reform, we will continue to promote the optimization of the Group's management and control model and the reform of the three systems. Maintain the efficient operation of organizations at all levels and maximize the vitality of the entire workforce.
